Alright everyone I think it is time I throw out a post where it’s just me, word vomiting onto this blank page talking about something I am passionate about and something I think I can help give some guidance in. There will be no articles or references, no chiropractic talk, just me and my opinion!
Where is your next big adventure? Let me share mine. I think I want to save up to spend a week in Greece and I think you all know why. The beautiful scenery and history makes it a destination on 99% of peoples bucket list, if not top 3. So let me share my top three destinations on my bucket list.
* I want to visit each just as much as the other so this is in no particular order. *
- Greece
- Like I stated before for the scenery of Blue and White buildings, beautiful rooftop views and rich history and culture.
- Italy
- This is also for the artistic history but also the food!! Pizza is my most favorite food in the world so I must say I ate pizza in Italy. It’s just a must.
- West Africa
- A while back, I did some DNA testing to figure out where my family is from and since I am mixed half of my family originated I guess you can say in Congo and Ivory Coast. This has made me really want to go and check it out.
I have a goal in mind to go to these places and here is how I plan to do it. I do not come from money at all but I do come from a family that has pushed me to be the best I can be. I heard a saying that said, “In Change there is Pain, but there is no pain like staying the same.” This saying is a sole reason why I strive to do what I want to do. I know that if I want to change my life for the better, I will have to deal with pain and that is ok. In that pain we experience is where the most growth happens. Here are three ways I am going to try and accomplish my goals and get to the places I want to get to and do the things I want to do.
- Put Education Before Entertainment.
- See, when you put education before entertainment you are setting yourself up to grow more as a person, Learn from your mistakes and keep your mind fresh and ready to handle any and every obstacle in your way. Notice I did not say no entertainment, just Education FIRST
- Develop Good Habits.
- The first one can fall under this category also. Developing good habits fits in with maximizing your life and living a purpose-filled life. * Check out the Video if you are hearing Purpose-Filled Life for the first time. * This includes making to-do lists, having a night time and a morning ritual, making time out of the day to do some reading to help work out your mind.
- Set Goals.
- Goal setting is important! I know we all know that but how do we set goals properly. Yes, there is a right way to set goals. It is perfectly fine to have huge goals but the smaller goals are what count the most. When setting a goal, a big goal, you have to break that down into smaller goals to the smallest level possible. For example, My big goal is to take a week vacation to one of the three I listed above. Here’s my ladder of goals.
- Week vacation
- Buy PLane Ticket and Reserve Hotel
- Look up best hotels and ticket prices
- Have the money
- Work Hard in the office
- Market to get more people in
- Look for events

Make your ladder and send me a message or write me on facebook with your goals or any questions you have! Till next time!
