Grace Cecil is a young lady who is in love with nature, self care, and making people smile! With a bachelor’s degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences, she works and spends lots of her time exploring and doing research in the great outdoors. While working with animals is a great passion of hers, she also looks highly to the importance of self care and love... that is what has brought her here today to talk with you! Diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, Major Depression, Anxiety, and PTSD, she has been through therapy and programs from which she has improved leaps and bounds and learned a great deal - and she hopes to share her skills and ideas with you in return!
